Mae Out West Presents: At Sundown Sessions featuring The Farmer & Adele

Video One premieres Friday, June 5: “Back in the Saddle Again,” filmed live in Sacramento, California.

After months of planning, filming, and collaboration, I'm thrilled to share the first release from At Sundown Sessions Season Two, featuring Nashville's The Farmer & Adele performing Gene Autry's "Back in the Saddle Again."

Watch the premiere, subscribe on YouTube, and share the session with a friend who loves Western Swing, classic country, cowboy songs, and American roots music.

At Sundown Sessions began in my living room with my band, Mae McCoy and Her Neon Stars, my grandma’s old Wurlitzer piano, and a killer production crew behind the cameras.

Season Two came together with Nashville’s The Farmer & Adele. After playing dates together at Moe’s Alley in Santa Cruz and Fiddletown, California, we found ourselves in a Sacramento high-rise filming an intimate performance for a select audience, including paid subscribers to the Mae Out West radio show.

I’m proud of what we created with Farmer Keenan, Grace Adele, Big J, the California Chamber of Commerce, the musicians, and the whole crew. This series is about honoring the artists, songs, and living traditions that keep Western Swing, classic country, cowboy music, and American roots music moving forward.
